BuzWay Shipping Policy

Most orders take 3-5 business days to fulfill while orders with e-juice can take 2-4 to fulfill. This is because our e-juice is made fresh to order and not stockpiled. We appreciate your patience. This is provided the product ordered is in stock and delivery service is available. In addition there may be 2-7 days in additional time for USPS to deliver your items. Orders placed on Fridays may not ship until the following Monday due to limited shipping availability on Saturdays. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Buzway.com (BUZWAY, LLC) or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Priority Shipping is a expedited service from USPS. It does not expedite the processing of your order. All orders are packed and shipped in the order they are received. Customs, Duties, VAT Some countries will impose fees and taxes on shipments. These fees are not included in the shipping fee you pay at Buzway.com (BUZWAY, LLC) and are additional fees charged by your country or carrier. These fees are your responsibility to pay as we have no control over what is charged or how to pay them. We try and ship packages as quickly as possible from our warehouse location but once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over: how the carrier routes the package, delays caused by customs or lost packages. We can work with you to help resolve issues AFTER you have called the carrier to find out as much information about the delay as possible. USPS does not provide tracking information for Priority or First Class parcels to international destinations. We are not responsible if customs holds or detains or otherwise loses your package. Please check any and all local laws regarding electronic vaporizers, nicotine juices and other items before placing your order. If your order is returned to us for any reason we will reship it free of charge if the shipping problem was our in our fault. If however, the address needs to be updated or changed there will be a small postage fee charged. In the unlikely event that your package is returned to us, we will attempt to contact you three times to arrange a reshipment of your item (s) before putting the order on hold and awaiting your response.
